What ages are your swimmers?

Typically our swimmers range from age 5 to 18.  However, swimmers of all ages are eligible to participate.

Does my child need to know how to swim to be a part of the Nadadores Swim Club?

Yes.  They do not have to be experienced swimmers; however, they will need to be able to swim the length of the pool (25 yards) without assistance.

How much does it cost?

The fee is $75/per month for the first swimmer.  Subsequent swimmers are $65/per month.  There is an initial $25.00 family registration, as well as a $70 USA Swimming registration fee per swimmer.  We do offer an outreach program for qualified families.  Contact us for details.

When and how often is practice?

The Nadadores are divided into several groups, depending on the ability level of the individual swimmer.  Our "Novice" group practices Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm.  "Intermediate" swimmers practice Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm.  "Junior" and "Senior" swimmers practice from 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm Monday - Thursday.  The "Senior" group practices 5:45 am to 6:45 am Monday and Wednesdays.

What equipment do we need to get started?

Each swimmer will need a swimsuit, goggles and a swim cap (optional for boys).  Girls swimsuits should be one piece.  Boys swimsuits should be either speedos or jammers.  Please note that each swimmer will be provided one official Nadadores swim cap.
